About this deal

Tom's doing everything possible to stay out of trouble but somehow he's got THREE sad faces on the school achievement chart! And along the way Stella and her family discover that being away from screens might not be the WORST THING EVER, and even though they might not be able to rely on technology anymore, they can rely on each other instead.

by Plastic Cup; Shout it Out by Dude3; Delia’s A Weirdo by DogZombies; The Cat Song by DogZombies; The School Dinner Blues (Chips Song) by DogZombies. My favourite characters were the two grandparents as they made believe that you an do anything no matter how old you are. This series is popular among kids, especially those ages 8-12, and it's important for the enjoyment and understanding of the progression of the story to read the books in sequence intended by author Liz Pichon. Now equip that child with deadly lasers, a jet pack, no sense of danger and some excellent sidekicks and you’d be right in thinking absolute mayhem ensues! Tom Gates by Liz Pichon: Books 1-15 Collection Set for children aged 7 and up is a comprehensive collection set of the first 15 Tony Gates titles that your child is going to love and learn from.

I think it's a really funny book and my favourite part is when Tom accidentally says,''big beady eyes! There are teachers he likes and doesn’t like, and children who he has difficult relationships with as well as his mates. You can find links to both paperback and Kindle versions on our menu, ensuring a convenient option for every reading preference. I just hope the only surprise I have when I get home is the new pet that I hear Mum and Dad talking about.

I think the fact that it is a diary makes it feel like someone is actually doing all these things and writing them down. His grandparents are Frank's parents Granny Mavis And Granddad Bob that Tom refers to as "The Fossils", while Rita's parents are known as "The Wrinklies". Meanwhile Tom, Derek and Norman are also busy with a training regime of their own - practising with Dogzombies to make sure they're ready for the school talent show. He also loves having his own room where he can draw in peace, so his life is turned upside down when a surprise that he's been promised turns out to be his little, wrinkly, ex-maths-champion grandmother from China. His dinosaur-loving younger brother Fred is the opposite: chaotic, messy, prone to leaving snails under Stan's bed and ladybirds in his lunchbox.Does the book contain anything that teachers would wish to know about before recommending in class (strong language, sensitive topics etc. The wrinklies and the fossils, both sets of grandparents and all of Toms cousins are all invited on an adventure outing. And the hours spent carefully cleaning cars with Derek are ruined overnight when a storm hits Oakfield Town, causing even MORE chaos. I hope children enjoy reading Tom Gates: Happy to Help (Eventually) as much as I did writing and illustrating it. You’ve got a Freddy in your class, I’m sure – a boisterous child who hasn’t quite got control of their limbs and personal responsibility yet.
